The Wellfleet Customs House was built in 1858, to serve as a combined storehouse for the hardwares store and Customs Collection Office for the Town of Wellfleet.  Today, after extensive renovations, the Wellfleet Customs House is home to Andre Pottery Studio.  In addition to two working kilns and an active potting studio, Andre Pottery Studio offers a wonderful sea-garden perched over the salt-water estuary.  Below are two recent photographs of the house.
